Add Phases A through B individually into the main tank (water phase). Heat to 70 - 75°C. Mix until homogeneous. For Oil Phase: Add Phases D through I in a separate tank and heat 70 - 75°C. Mix until homogeneous. When both phases are ready, add Oil Phase to the main tank. Maintain the temperature at 70 - 75°C. Rinse the oil phase container with Phase J (DI Water) and add to the main tank. Mix for 10 - 15 min. Below 45°C, add Phases K through M. Mix until homogeneous. Add Phase N to adjust the pH (5 - 6.5). Mix until homogeneous (below 30°C).
pH—5-6.5; Viscocity (RVT C/0.5 rpm)—700,000-1,400,000 cP; Stability—passed 12 weeks @ 45°C; Passed Micro Challenge Test.
